Production Line

Our standardized 3,000㎡ production factory is located in Changsha, Hunan. We are equipped with full automatic shading product assembly lines, cutting machines and testing equipment.

Every production procedure follows strict full-process quality inspection standards, from raw material incoming inspection, semi-finished product testing to finished product aging test.

We have a stable professional production team of 50-100 workers, supporting stable mass delivery for bulk orders. All finished goods will be double checked before packaging to guarantee zero defective rate for our global clients.

Extra-long worktable: Realizes one-step welding forming for 3–6m full-length fabric without sectional splicing, delivering finished products free of joint defects.
All-in-one multifunction: Completes edge folding, fabric joining and zipper track welding on a single machine to eliminate multiple separate processes.
High-frequency hot welding technology: Fabric fused by thermal pressure creates smooth, waterproof and high-tensile welds, ideal for outdoor rainproof & windproof roller blinds.
